Receptionist – Shutter Photography Studio

Location: Msheireb, Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Shutter Photography Studio is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage appointments, assist with studio operations, and create a welcoming experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and the daily studio schedule.
  • Respond promptly to Whats App, phone calls, Instagram, and email inquiries.
  • Explain photography packages, pricing, and studio services to clients.
  • Process payments and issue invoices and receipts.
  • Coordinate client arrivals with photographers and makeup artists.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure the studio is presentable.
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, image selection, and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and inventory of studio supplies.
  • Support the team during special events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • Female candidate.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or reception is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Whats App Business, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during graduation and holiday seasons.
  • Punctual, reliable, and customer‑focused.
Preferred Qualities
  • Passion for photography, creativity, and customer experience.
  • Experience with booking systems or CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Working Hours

As per Shutter Photography Studio’s operating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Salary

Pay: QAR 2,500.00 – QAR 3,000.00 per month
