Art Box Studio in Doha, Qatar is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle calls and messages, assist customers before, during, and after shop hours, and support bookings, pottery collections, orders, and inquiries.
The role is full-time with 6-hour shifts, five days a week, based at the shop. Fluency in Arabic and English, excellent communication, organization, and a friendly, customer‑oriented approach are required.
