Customer Service Representative

Art Box is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Employment Type: Full-time

• Answer customer calls and messages promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries before, during, and after shop hours.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, pottery collections, orders, and inquiries.
• Coordinate delivery orders, refunds, exchanges, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates.
• Manage and support the customer loyalty program.
• Ensure all customer communication is professional, friendly, and timely.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

• Full-time position
• 6-hour shifts, 5 days per week, based at the shop.
• Outside of these scheduled shop hours, the Customer Service Representative is also expected to monitor and respond to customer calls and messages as needed to ensure continuous customer support before and after shop operating hours.

• QAR 1,800/month during the 3-month probation period.
• QAR 2,000/month upon successful completion of probation.
• Salary is non-negotiable
