ROLE SUMMA
RYTo provide exceptional food and beverage service to VOX Cinemas guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and a memorable cinema experienc
e.ROLE PROF
- ILEGreet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environme
- nt.
Assist guests with ticket purchases, seat selections, and promotions at the counter or via digital kios - ks.
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS syst - em.
Provide detailed information about movie schedules, cinema services, loyalty programs, and ongoing promotio - ns.
Upsell tickets, combo deals, and retail items to maximize reven - ue.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive experien - ce.
Ensure the box office, lobby, and customer service counters are clean, organized, and presentable at all tim - es.
Monitor customer flow and provide assistance to avoid queues or dela - ys.
Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfacti - on.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, refunds, and reports as requir - ed.
Follow all company policies regarding hygiene, health, safety, and data securi - ty.
Support colleagues and other departments during peak times, special events, and promotio - ns.
Uphold VOX Cinemas and Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment service standards at all tim
REQUIREM
- ENTSMinimum 2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality; cinema or restaurant experience prefer
- red.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional attit - ude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environm - ent.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holid - ays.
Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all ti
