Airport Representative – Meet & Greet Services

Company - Rafan Group is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Airport Representative to deliver exceptional Meet & Greet services at Hamad International Airport. Location:

Doha, Qatar

• Welcome and assist arriving, departing, and transit passengers at the airport.
• Coordinate and deliver Meet & Greet services according to operational requirements.
• Guide passengers through airport procedures, including check-in, immigration, security, baggage collection, and transfers.
• Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, chauffeurs, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate delays or operational changes promptly.
• Provide professional assistance to VIPs, corporate travellers, families, elderly passengers, and guests requiring special assistance.
• Handle passenger enquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Represent Rafan Group professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation or airport operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar.
