Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented

Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a highlevel of satisfaction throughout the real estate customer journey. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supportingsales and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes
• Registerleads and update customer information in the CRM system
• Coordinateproperty viewings and follow up with clients
• Resolvecustomer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
• Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination
• Ensureexcellent customer experience before and after sales/lease

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree or Diploma (preferred)
• 1–3years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Abilityto work under pressure and meet service standards
