Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

Our cruise line company is seeking a friendly customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative This position will be based in Doha and offers a salary of 1600$ As a representative for our company you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from all over the world and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and enjoyment during their cruise experience

• Greet guests upon embarkation and assist with check-in process
• Answer any questions or concerns guests may have about the ship itinerary or services offered
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction
• Provide information on onboard activities dining options and shore excursions
• Coordinate special requests or accommodations for guests with disabilities or dietary restrictions
• Assist with onboard sales of merchandise beverage packages and other services offered by the cruise line
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for review by management

• High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience in hospitality tourism or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
