We are searching for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative in Doha. As the first point of contact for our passengers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Your duties will include assisting with bookings, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have prior customer service experience. Fluency in Urdu or Nepali is preferred but not required.
