Join Move One and help deliver a seamless relocation experience for international assignees and their families. As a Relocation Consultant, you will manage end-to-end relocation services, including home search, school search, orientation, settling-in support, and client coordination across the Middle East & Africa region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full relocation lifecycle, including pre-assignment planning, destination services, settling-in support, and post-relocation assistance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the relocation journey.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client and assignee requirements and tailor relocation services accordingly.
- Accompany assignees on home-finding trips, school searches, orientation tours, property viewings, and settling‑in appointments.
- Coordinate relocation activities with internal teams, including immigration, destination services, and account management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assignees, landlords, schools, and service providers.
- Arrange and oversee relocation‑related services such as temporary accommodation, lease negotiations, utility connections, banking assistance, and local registrations.
- Provide timely updates to clients and assignees, ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management.
- Maintain accurate records, case notes, and system updates in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements.

- Coordinate with approved vendors and partners to ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
- Stay informed on local housing markets, schooling options, cultural practices, and destination-specific requirements to provide expert relocation advice.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Move One professionally during client meetings, accompanied services, and other customer‑facing interactions.
