Dental Assistant

Overview

Dental Assistant job in Doha Qatar. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Dental Assistant to join our busy Dental Clinic in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Dentists and ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills as they will be interacting with patients on a daily basis. They should also be able to multitask, prioritise their workload, and remain calm under pressure.

• Preparing patients for treatment, including taking patient history and vital signs
• Setting up dental instruments and materials, such as trays, drill machines, suction devices and x‑ray equipment
• Assisting the Dentist during procedures such as scaling, polishing teeth, taking impressions and making temporary crowns
• Sterilising instruments before and after each procedure
• Taking x‑rays of teeth
• Educating patients on appropriate oral hygiene techniques
• Maintaining patient records in a secure electronic system.

This position is offered on a full time basis with a salary of 1100 per month payable in local currency.
