We are seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Dental Assistant / Dental Nurse to join our dental team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will support dentists in delivering high-quality oral care, ensure the smooth operation of dental procedures, maintain infection control standards, and provide excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists during various clinical procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, endodontics, and oral surgeries.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure proper setup of equipment before and after procedures.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed.
- Provide chairside support by anticipating the dentist’s needs and ensuring patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre/post‑treatment care, and post‑operative instructions.
- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, sterilization protocols, and QCHP regulations.
- Manage dental inventory and stock, ensuring all materials are available and up to date.
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Assisting or Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
- Valid QID.
- Active QCHP license.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
