We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate for this role should be a reliable and hardworking individual, with a passion for providing excellent care to our patients.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. We prefer candidates with experience in the dental field, although this is not essential. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position, with the right qualifications and experience.
As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our dentists in providing quality care to our patients. This includes preparing the necessary materials needed by the dentist during appointments, sterilizing instruments and keeping the office clean and organized. You will also be responsible for answering patient inquiries over the phone or in person, scheduling appointments as needed, taking digital x-rays of patients' teeth when necessary and assisting during procedures when required.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure that every patient is treated with respect, compassion and professionalism while receiving quality dental care services from our team of dentists. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills necessary to establish rapport with patients and make them feel comfortable during their appointment. Additionally, you must be able to maintain accurate records of each patient's treatment history in order to provide continuity of care throughout their visits at our office.
