Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented 3D Modeler & Animation Specialist to join our team. In this role you will create photorealistic renderings and animations for Landscape, Architecture and Roadway projects utilizing your design skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepares 3D models and animations from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that outputs align with design intent.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure visualizations meet technical and aesthetic standards.
• Integrate 3D assets with CAD/BIM files from tools like AutoCAD or Revit.
• Create 3D renderings, animations, flythroughs, and walkthroughs for client presentations or promotional videos.
• Simulate natural and artificial lighting that matches project requirements, ensuring realistic illumination effects.
• Prepares high quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models and animations.
• Should be able to read Landscape Architectural drawing mark ups and comments.
• Provides support and production assistance to team members.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.
• Preferably with work experience in GCC.
• Proficient in using Rhino, 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, Lumion and/or another related 3D design and graphic software.
• Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD, Revit and Civil 3D.

• Strong background in Landscape, Architecture, and Roadway visualization or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that outputs align with design intent.
• Ensure all deliverables meet branding standards and project guidelines.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D modeling and rendering.
