The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end fit-out projects for 5-star hotels. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up, and have knowledge of local building codes.
Immediate joiners are preferred, with strong design and communication skills.
