- Work in multidisciplinary collaborative design teams with architects interior designers and building systems engineers
- Space planning selecting finishes and furnishings of interior environments with attention to architectural engineering sustainability ergonomic constructability business use and cost factors
- Demonstrate creative problem solving organizational skills and a good understanding of construction documents detailing and constructability

Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design
- 13 years of experience with the design and documentation of architectural/interiors projects
- Demonstrated Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Autodesk Revit Architecture/AutoCAD proficiency - Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite大小规律 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/outlook/Access) proficiency
- Design talent graphic presentation and effective verbal communication skills essential
- Graphics/rendering software (Sketchup Adobe 3D Max Maya Rhino etc. experience is highly preferred
