Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years in preparing drawings – High end Fit out working for 5‑star Hotel projects.
- Immediate joiners with UPDA preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
- Strong design, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High‑rise building experience.
- Fit‑out and interior works experience.
- To design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure that designs meet client requirements, local authority regulations-aos, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budge.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material redeflations, and samples.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
- Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction.
