• Create precise and comprehensive event layouts, floor plans, and technical drawings using drafting software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, etc.).
• Collaborate with event planners and designers to grasp project requirements and translate innovative concepts into feasible designs.
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and venue specifications.
• Effectively communicate with the production team to provide clear directives for event element setup and installation.
• Review and refine drawings based on feedback from the team and clients.
• Maintain an orderly library of drawings and design files for convenient reference and upcoming projects.
• Assist in preparing design presentations for clients.

• Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the events or exhibition sector.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when producing technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of event production processes, materials, and logistics is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in architecture, design, or a related field.
