Senior Product Designer – Merchant Portal (Food Vertical)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the Merchant Portal for the Food vertical. This B2B product is used daily by merchants to manage orders, content, and performance across their operations on Snoonu. The role involves designing web and mobile experiences for a wide range of users, from tech‑savvy operators to owners who manage a kitchen with one hand.

• Own end-to-end design of the Merchant Portal, from problem framing to shipped experience.
• Improve order management, content and catalog management, mobile experience, and merchant growth tools.
• Design onboarding and activation flows to help new merchants find value quickly.
• Adapt the platform as Snoonu expands into new markets, handling multi‑state flows, edge cases, and operational complexity.
• Develop clarity and usability for a non‑technical merchant audience, balancing simplicity with depth for power users.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Design peers.
• Use data, merchant feedback, and experiments to evaluate and iterate on solutions.
• Support design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behavior.
• Contribute to shared patterns and raise suggestions to Design System owners when needed.

• Strong product design experience (typically 5+ years), comfortable owning complex features end‑to‑end.
• Experience designing for B2B or business tools, with a focus on usability for non‑technical users.
• Solid UX judgment combined with good UI craft – structure, hierarchy, and polish matter.
• Comfortable working across mobile and web within the same product area.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly to cross‑functional partners.

• Experience with merchant platforms, marketplace tools, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with order management, inventory, or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with designing for markets where digital literacy varies widely.
