Project Manager, Creative Design ​/ Digital Art, Interior Design

This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Acierta is a design & production house with offices in Spain, UK, France and Qatar operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics and installation in any kind of Retail, Events and Hospitality projects.

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded person willing to relocate to our Doha office as Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent organization and representation skills as well as an interest in project management and capacity to work simultaneously in various fast paced projects. They will be working alongside the team designing, technically developing and managing wide range of projects:

• Retail Permanent stores
• Interior design and furniture
• Pop up stores
• Window displays
• Events

• Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on Middle East-based projects
  , ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across Middle East and international stakeholders

• Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) across time zones to ensure cohesive execution of Middle East projects

• Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
• Ensure successful on‑site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination, particularly for Middle East executions

• Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long‑term relationships.
• Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
• Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
• Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the exhibitions, events, retail, or experiential sectors, with a strong focus on the technical development, production, and delivery of permanent retail stores, pop‑ups, showrooms, window displays, POS materials, interior design, and furniture projects across the Middle East region.

• Fluency in English is a must. Spanish, Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
• High level of flexibility is essential, including adaptability to Middle East business hours when required and frequent travel to the Middle East region as required by project execution and client needs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast‑paced projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
• Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.

• CAD:
  AutoCAD or equivalent
• 3D Modeling & Rendering:
  Sketch Up, Rhinoceros, V‑Ray (plus)
• Adobe Creative Suite:
  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (plus)
• Microsoft Office Suite
