Technical Designer - Aluminum Facade

We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer – Aluminum Facade Systems to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details for aluminum windows, doors, glazing systems, pergolas, and related architectural aluminum products. The role will also support interior fit-out projects when required and assist clients in selecting the most suitable aluminum systems for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare aluminum shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
• Review architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions.
• Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, and installation teams.
• Prepare material take-offs and drawing revisions.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation.
• Meet with clients to explain different aluminum systems, design options, performance features, and technical specifications.
• Recommend suitable solutions based on project requirements, budget, and design objectives.
• Support interior fit-out technical drawings when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Strong knowledge of aluminum windows, doors, glazing systems, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to clients and consultants.
• Experience in site measurements and technical coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery drawings is an advantage.

Preferred: Experience in residential villas and high-end residential projects.
