Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Interior Designer / 1 role based in Doha, Qatar. The Interior Designer will support the planning, design, and execution of interior environments for Celaron’s offices, collaboration spaces, and specialized work areas.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, layouts, and presentations, and coordinating with architecture and engineering teams to align interior solutions with building systems. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring that design intent is maintained during site implementation. The Interior Designer will participate in site visits, track progress against design specifications, and collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver functional, aesthetic, and brand‑aligned spaces.
Qualifications- Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, material selection, and detailed design for office and technical environments.
- Competence in Space Planning to optimize workflows, collaboration zones, and focus areas within existing and new floor plans.
- Understanding of Architecture principles to coordinate effectively with base building design, structure, and building services.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details suitable for tender and execution.
- Practical knowledge of FF&E selection, specification, and scheduling, including ergonomic and technology‑integrated furniture solutions.
- Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar) and presentation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working on corporate, tech, or workplace interiors and familiarity with international design standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment in Doha.
