Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high‑end luxury fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong design expertise combined with extensive site supervision‑coordination, and client management experience. This role requires overseeing projects from concept through completion as turnkey while ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

• Lead the design development of luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality fit‑out projects.
• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, space planning, material selections, and detailed design presentations.
• Produce and review detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement, supply and installation processes for the fit‑out firm.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and resolve technical issues.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Coordinate logistics for materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring timely delivery and installation.
• Liaise directly with clients, conduct design presentations, attend project meetings, and provide regular progress updates.
• Review material samples, mock‑ups, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve design, technical, and site‑related challenges efficiently while maintaining project quality and budget.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior design, with significant exposure to luxury fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience in site and project coordination, and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, joinery, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Experience coordinating logistics, procurement schedules, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, or V‑Ray.
• Knowledge of project management principles and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred (if site travel is required).

• Exceptional design creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Experience delivering premium residential villas, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex site challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of local authority approvals and fit‑out regulations is an advantage.
