Job Description As a Senior Professional, Architect, you will lead and oversee architectural projects. • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement creative design solutions, considering functional and aesthetic aspects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate architectural designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, maintaining cost efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Valid MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven experience in leading stadium, building, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable architectural designs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
