Landscape Architect Intern

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Landscape Intern to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role you will assist with landscape architecture design for public realm, roadways, public parks and planning and infrastructure projects.

• Develop softscape, hardscape, planting plans, irrigation design, grading plans, and graphics.
• Assist with landscape architectural studies, develop design concepts and criteria, and prepare related design reports.
• Prepare high‑quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models, and animations.

• Student of Landscape Architecture or a relevant program.
• Self‑motivated with initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Strong hand‑graphic and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Land F/X, Lumion, and Illustrator.

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and strong interest in a career in engineering and consulting.
• Familiarity with basic design workflows and documentation practices from academic or prior internship experience.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat for viewing and marking up drawings and documents.
