Senior Architect Design Engineer – HTCO Consulting Office, Doha, Qatar

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 20 to 25 years of working experience in Qatar
• Experience in a Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop Architectural Concept Design for various project types including compounds, palaces, villas, residential and government offices, high‑rise, commercial and industrial buildings.
• Produce high‑quality, innovative concept designs that align with project goals, local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage project timelines and lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion.
• Demonstrate expert free‑hand sketching, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, and other architectural software platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government/municipality authorities to ensure compliance with all building regulations.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and participate in design competitions with the goal of winning.
• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills while meeting client satisfaction and managing multiple priorities.
• Follow up with the architectural team to ensure project success and quality delivery.
