We envisage success in this role to include;

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for a range of building projects.
• Prepare concept and schematic design packages, including plans, elevations, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Translate client briefs and project requirements into creative and practical design solutions.
• Produce high-quality design presentations and visualizations for internal and client reviews.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design professionals.
• Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Conduct site and contextual analysis to inform design strategies and project vision.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in design coordination throughout the early design stages of the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the preparation of architectural reports, design narratives, and competition submissions where required.
• Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 4 - 7 years of relevant experience partnered with a bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design.
