We are looking for a true owner. We don't want to give you a step-by-step brief; we want you to come in and take total control.

Your mission is simple: take Mudir Amali PA to the next level. You will be responsible for establishing the product vision and executing a complete ground-up redesign of our entire system. Mudir Amali PA serves an exclusive base of VIP customers, meaning the interface, brand identity, and user journey must reflect a highly polished, premium standard.

You will start by getting your hands dirty and redesigning the platform yourself. Once the foundation is set, you will be given the runway to build, hire, and lead your own world-class design team.

• Total Ownership:Act as the ultimate authority on all things UI, UX, and Brand for Mudir Amali PA. If it involves how the user interacts with or perceives our platform, you own it.
• Design for VIPs:Audit our current system and design a highly intuitive, sophisticated, and frictionless experience tailored specifically to the high expectations of VIP users.
• Brand Identity:Build a cohesive, modern, and premium brand language and design system from scratch that scales as the platform grows.
• Technical Synergy:Work closely with our engineering team to ensure your designs translate seamlessly into our architecture. You don't need to write the code, but you need to know how to hand off lean, optimized designs that can be built efficiently.
• Build the Department:Lay the groundwork for the design culture and eventually hire, train, and manage a team of top-tier designers.
