Job Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for construction projects.
- Prepare and review 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and identify clashes using BIM software.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate with relevant engineering teams for resolution.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans.
- Support the project team with quantity extraction, model updates, and construction coordination.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Maintain BIM documentation and ensure proper version control of models and drawings.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architectural, MEP Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
