Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated
Interior Designer
to join our design team and
work closely with and support the Senior Interior Designer
in developing luxury residential villas and turnkey interior projects.

The Interior Designer will participate throughout the design process, assisting the Senior Interior Designer with
concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, material and furniture selection, presentations, design development, and project coordination
.

This is a hands-on design role for someone with strong creativity, visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute effectively as part of a design team.

The Interior Designer will participate throughout the design process, assisting the Senior Interior Designer with
concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, material and furniture selection, presentations, design development, and project coordination
.

This is a hands-on design role for someone with strong creativity, visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute effectively as part of a design team.

• Assist and support the Senior Interior Designer
  throughout the complete design process.
• Participate in developing interior design concepts for
  luxury villas and high-end residential projects
  .
• Assist in translating the Senior Interior Designer's creative direction and client requirements into detailed design solutions.
• Prepare
  mood boards, concept boards, space plans, furniture layouts, material palettes, and client presentations
  .
• Develop high-quality
  3D models, interior visualizations, and renderings
  based on the approved design direction.
• Assist with the development and refinement of designs based on feedback from the Senior Interior Designer and client.
• Participate in the selection of
  materials, finishes, flooring, wall finishes, lighting, sanitaryware, joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements
  .
• Support the Senior Interior Designer in
  FF&E and furniture selection
  , including loose furniture, custom furniture, fabrics, upholstery, rugs, lighting, artwork, accessories, and decorative items.
• Research and propose
  new materials, furniture, products, finishes, design trends, and innovative interior solutions
  for consideration by the Senior Interior Designer.
• Prepare material and furniture selections for review and approval.
• Assist in preparing and organizing
  client design presentations, samples, material boards, and furniture proposals
  .
• Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside the Senior Interior Designer when required.
• Record design comments and assist in implementing client-approved revisions.
• Coordinate design information with
  technical designers, quantity surveyors, procurement, project managers, site teams, suppliers, and contractors
  under the direction of the Senior Interior Designer.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, shop drawings, samples, and material submissions to ensure they are aligned with the approved design concept.
• Participate in site visits and assist in identifying and resolving design-related issues during execution.
• Support the Senior Interior Designer in ensuring that the
  approved design intent is maintained during project execution
  .
• Assist with
  furniture installation, placement, styling, accessories, and final preparation
  of the project before handover.
• Maintain organized design files, specifications, material references, presentations, and project documentation.
• Stay updated with
  current and upcoming interior design trends, furniture trends, new materials, luxury products, and interior technologies
  .

• Bachelor's degree in
  Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  .
• 3–5 years of experience
  in interior design, preferably in luxury residential villas or high-end interior projects.
• Experience working as part of a
  design team under a Senior Interior Designer, Design Manager, or Design Director
  is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating
  interior design, space planning, and 3D visualization skills
  .
• Good understanding of
  materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, fabrics, and FF&E.
• Strong creative ability, design sense, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and develop designs based on an established
  creative direction and design concept
  .
• Proficient in
  AutoCAD and 3D software such as 3ds Max and/or Sketch Up
  .
• Strong experience withV-Ray, Enscape, Corona, or similar rendering software
  .
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to accept design feedback and efficiently implement revisions.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design assignments and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of current
  interior design, furniture, materials, and luxury residential trends
  .
• GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage.
