Architect job in Qatar with a high salary

Responsibilities:

• Directly monitor all finishing works in the project, whether they are construction or industrial projects.

• Ensuring that the work is done with high quality and in accordance with the approved technical specifications without any deviations.

• Continuous coordination with the construction and MEP work teams to ensure the work proceeds smoothly and without conflict.

• Organizing and monitoring the finishing work on site to ensure the project is delivered on time.

• Attention must be paid to the accuracy of execution and the level of finishing, whether in facades or interior and exterior works.

Terms:

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture – Architectural specialization).

• Experience of no less than 7 to 10 years in the field of building and facility finishing.

• Good knowledge of finishing materials and methods of implementation, with adherence to approved quality standards.

• Previous experience in infrastructure projects, industrial projects, or water treatment plants (STP).

• Practical knowledge of plastering, flooring, ceilings, cladding, and waterproofing systems.

• The ability to coordinate with electromechanical works (MEP) teams and supervise subcontractors.

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software and the ability to read and review shop drawings.

• Experience in quality assurance (QA/QC), receiving work, and preparing notes (Snagging).

• Preference will be given to those with previous experience in contracting companies that operate on the EPC system.
