- Strong technical background in interior fitout, joinery, and construction methods, with the ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, cost estimation, and vendor or contractor management.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to interior projects in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), and basic project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Previous experience in fitout projects for branding, retail, or commercial spaces is highly desirable; experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
