International Molecular Genetic Pathologists / Clinical Molecular Geneticists are invited to join a leading diagnostic laboratory service within Qatar’s advanced healthcare sector.
This role focuses on molecular diagnostic testing, genomic data interpretation, and development of advanced genetic testing services within an accredited laboratory environment supporting precision medicine programs.

🎓 Accepted Specialist Qualifications
American Board Certification | MRCPath / FRCPath (UK) | Canada RCPSC-C | Germany Facharzt | Australia or New Zealand Royal College Fellowship | Sweden Board Certification | Other internationally recognized Board Certifications in Molecular Genetics.
Other equivalent specialist certifications may be considered subject to approval.
🌍 Eligibility – Consultant Grade 115
Open only to overseas candidates not currently practicing in Qatar.
✔ 10–15 years total experience in an accredited molecular genetics laboratory.
✔ Minimum 2 years experience post board certification.
✔ Experience working in CAP, JCI, ISO, or equivalent accredited laboratory environments.

✔ PhD in Molecular Genetics or relevant Laboratory Science discipline.
✔ Recognized Board Certification in Molecular Genetics (e.g., American Board, FRCPath, or equivalent).
✔ Expertise in molecular diagnostics, genomic data interpretation, and bioinformatics applications in clinical diagnostics.
✔ Ability to independently review and sign out molecular genetics diagnostic reports.
✔ Valid medical or laboratory license in the country of current practice.
✔ PhD in Molecular Genetics or relevant Laboratory Science discipline.
