Consultant Neurosurgeon
Location: Doha, Qatar

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon to join our specialist medical team in Doha.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and manage disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system.
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures in accordance with international clinical standards.
- Evaluate patients through clinical examinations, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory findings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education activities.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification, CCT, CCST, Arab Board, European Board, American Board, Canadian Board, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent qualification in Neurosurgery.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Qatar.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience at Consultant level or as required by licensing regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in cranial, spinal, and neurovascular procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
- Advanced neurosurgical and microsurgical techniques.
- Expertise in interpreting MRI, CT, angiography, and other diagnostic imaging.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and surgical precision.
- Effective patient communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage emergency cases.
