Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of eye conditions and vision problems. This role includes conducting eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and disorders
- Perform both surgical and non-surgical procedures related to ophthalmology
- Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as needed
- Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to assess and manage patient conditions
- Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with medical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care
- Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensing in Qatar
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in ophthalmology
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Arabic speaker is preferred
- Previous experience working in the GCC is required
- Other nationalities will be considered an advantage

- Total package, including basic salary, housing, and transportation, ranges from QAR 30,000 to QAR 55,000, depending on experience
