This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zone 39 for a Functional Medicine Doctor. The professional in this role will evaluate patients' health comprehensively, identifying root causes of ailments and developing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing chronic illnesses, taking a whole-person approach to care, and providing tailored nutritional, lifestyle, and stress management advice. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of patients.

• Medical expertise in Functional Medicine, diagnostics, and addressing root causes of chronic diseases
• Proficiency in developing personalized treatment and wellness plans, including nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic care strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient management skills
• Experience working in teams and integrating with allied health professionals
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, with a specialization or certification in Functional Medicine
• Proficiency in maintaining medical records and documentation
