In this senior role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, performing advanced surgical procedures, and leading a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional patient care. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior surgeons and contribute to the development of orthopedic services within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic imaging.
- Perform complex orthopedic surgeries with a focus on optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
- Mentor junior surgeons and medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of orthopedic practices.
- Engage with patients and their families to provide education on treatment options and care plans.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in orthopedic surgery.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, with a proven track record in handling complex cases.
- Expertise in the latest surgical techniques and treatments within orthopedic care.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior medical personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and research in orthopedic surgery.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the UAE.
