This is a full-time, long-term contract within Qatar’s largest public healthcare provider.
Position Overview
As an Emergency Medicine Specialist, you will provide high-quality emergency care in busy tertiary hospitals and trauma centers.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Assessment and management of acute medical and trauma emergencies
• Stabilizing critically ill patients and coordinating urgent interventions
• Working closely with multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Supervising junior physicians and emergency department staff
• Participating in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
• Contributing to education and training within emergency services

✔ Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
✔ Residency training in Emergency Medicine
✔ Recognized Specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine
✔ Valid unrestricted physician license in home country
✔ Eligible for Specialist physician licensing in Qatar
✔ Currently practicing outside Qatar (overseas recruitment only)
✔ Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR per month
• GSM Allowance: 500 QAR per month
Additional Benefits (Over and Above Salary)

🎓 Schooling allowance:
21,000 QAR per child per academic year
(up to 3 children aged 5–18)
✈ Annual economy-class flights
For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children
🌴 Annual leave: 40 days per year

Every 2 years after 18 months of service
Up to 9 days including travel with a return ticket
Family benefits apply only when dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship.
