Specialist Dermatologist; Aesthetic & Medical Dermatology

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Qatar to recruit an experienced Specialist Dermatologist to join its growing clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled dermatologist to work in a modern, patient-centric environment, delivering exceptional medical and aesthetic dermatology services while contributing to the continued growth and success of a well-established healthcare provider.

The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with a patient-first approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding treatment outcomes across a diverse patient base.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and aesthetic dermatological conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop personalised treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional communication and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and clinical technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the organisation’s standards of clinical excellence.

• Valid Qatar Medical License – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology.
• Proven experience treating patients across a wide range of skin types and dermatological conditions.
• Strong expertise in aesthetic dermatology procedures and patient consultations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Commercially aware with the ability to build long-term patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Willingness to work Sundays and flexible shift patterns, with the majority of shifts concluding at 8:00 PM.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
