Role Description The Dermatology & Aesthetic Specialist - Dr is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The specialist will perform clinical consultations for dermatologic conditions, diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin diseases, and provide evidence-based treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing aesthetic and cosmetic procedures (such as laser therapies, injectables, skin rejuvenation treatments), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

The role involves documenting patient encounters, coordinating follow-up care, collaborating with other medical departments, and adhering to clinic protocols and regulatory standards. The specialist will also participate in patient education on skin health, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a professional, ethical, and culturally sensitive care environment.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or equivalent), with completed residency and specialization in Dermatology from a recognized institution. Board certification or professional registration in Dermatology; eligibility for licensing to practice in Qatar. Demonstrated expertise in clinical dermatology, including diagnosis and management of inflammatory, infectious, autoimmune, and pigmentary skin disorders. Hands-on experience in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, fillers, Botox, and other skin rejuvenation therapies.

Strong patient assessment skills, including history-taking, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests (dermatopathology, laboratory results, imaging as relevant). Proficiency in using dermatology and laser equipment, with a strong focus on safety protocols, infection control, and quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and staying current with advances in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered clinical environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Prior experience in private clinic
