This is a full-time, on-site role for an ENT Doctor based at Nova Healthcare in Doha, Qatar. The ENT Doctor will provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing examinations and diagnostic procedures, interpreting test results, and developing individualized treatment plans.

The role also involves performing minor ENT procedures within the clinic’s scope, coordinating care with other specialists, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and safety standards. The ENT Doctor will contribute to patient education, support preventive care initiatives, and participate in quality improvement activities within the polyclinic.

Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or specialist training in Otolaryngology/ENT. Valid license to practice medicine as an ENT specialist, with eligibility for registration in Qatar. Clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating common and complex ENT conditions, including use of appropriate diagnostic tools and procedures. Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with an emphasis on clear explanations, empathy, and culturally sensitive care.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and coordinate care across specialties. Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and continuous professional development. Proficiency in maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation and using electronic health record systems. Previous experience in a polyclinic, hospital, or similar clinical setting is preferred; fluency in English required, and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
