Salary and Benefits
Tax Free Salary Per Month QAR
13600 to 23700 depending on years of experience and qualifications
Housing allowance or school provided accommodation
Economy-class airfare will be provided for the employee, spouse, and up to three dependent children (below 18 years old) in the following cases:
a. Upon recruitment from the employee’s country of permanent residence to Doha.
b. At the end of service, provided that the residence permit is cancelled.
Medical services will be provided in accordance with the governmental healthcare policy applicable in the State of Qatar.
Tuition Fees
• Reimbursement is provided for tuition fees of up to three dependents under 18 years old, from Grade 1/Year 1 to Grade 12/Year 13, with a maximum of QAR 28,000 per child per year.
• Reimbursement is processed upon submission of the school’s official payment receipts and supporting documents.
Utilities
-covers the full cost of water and electricity, and internet services up to QAR 300 per month (basic plan).

Brief
Job Description
The Mathematics Teacher (Grades 7–12) is responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction that develops students’ conceptual understanding, problem-solving abilities, quantitative reasoning, and logical thinking. The teacher will design and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons aligned with school’s STEM-focused curriculum, ensuring integration of real-world applications, inquiry-based learning, and preparation for advanced mathematics pathways. The role requires strong mathematical knowledge, effective pedagogy, and the ability to support a wide range of learners—from foundational math in Grades 7–9 to advanced topics in Grades 10–12, including pre-calculus, calculus, statistics, and STEM-related mathematical applications.
The teacher is expected to contribute to extracurricular STEM programs, uphold school values, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance student success.
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or lab experience
• Candidates below 50 years of age
• Experience in STEM-focused or innovative learning environments is an advantage

Experience
Experience teaching mathematics at middle/high school level
Experience in STEM-focused schools or accelerated math programs
Subject Knowledge Strong command of mathematical concepts across Grades 7–12
Expertise in calculus, statistics, or advanced STEM applications
Teaching Skills
Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated, and inquiry-based lessons
Experience with PBL, blended learning, or math competition coaching
ICT Skills
Ability to use educational software, graphing tools, LMS, and simulations
Experience coding, data science tools, or digital mathematics platforms
Soft Skills
Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving
Leadership, mentoring, or curriculum development experience
