- University degree in your specialist subject
- Teaching qualification
- Considerable teaching experience and knowledge of the curriculum
- Ability to meet visa‑related restrictions for Qatar, including possession of a Bachelor’s degree and a teaching qualification from a face‑to‑face (non‑online) course
- Excellent motivation and communication skills enabling a positive learning culture
- Receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change
- Ability to engage students and parents across the school and wider Nord Anglia community
Deliver a fit‑for‑purpose curriculum based on the UK National Curriculum and preparing students for external examinations at IGCSE/AS‑A levels.
Use innovative teaching practices to enhance the learner experience and outcomes.
Plan lessons to support all learners, including those with diverse prior achievement and skills, and to support English language and numeracy development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to departmental development.
About the SchoolNord Anglia International School Al Khor (NAISAK) is a highly successful, growing school with a committed team of teachers, educating over 1,350 young people aged 3–18.
Secondary programmes run 4‑form entry at Key Stage 3 and 3‑form entry in KS4. Approximately 530 students aged 11–18.
The school offers STEAM, Performing Arts, extra‑curricular activities, residential trips, international awards and new facilities including a 25m outdoor pool.
Selection Process- Submit CV, letter of application, and details of three professional referees (one of which must be your current Principal/Head Teacher).
