This senior‑level role is responsible for driving student recruitment, managing high‑value leads, and promoting our academic and professional programs. The Senior Education Sales Advisor will engage prospective students, conduct consultations, deliver presentations, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record in student recruitment, and the ability to work under performance‑driven targets.
Compensation- Fixed Salary: based on experience
- Commission: tied to recruitment performance and achieved targets
- Promote and sell educational and professional training programs
- Manage and nurture leads through structured follow‑up and conversion plans
- Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and student consultations
- Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, Whats App, and in‑person meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all student interactions and conversions
- Build and sustain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
- Represent British Eagles at education fairs, events, and partnership meetings
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education sales, student recruitment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to deliver presentations and handle consultations professionally
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the education sector, training, or international recruitment is a strong advantage
