13,600 to QAR
23,700 depending on experience and qualifications.

Economy‑class airfare for employee, spouse, and up to three dependent children (below 18) upon recruitment or at the end of service (provided residence permit is cancelled).
Medical services according to state healthcare policy.
Tuition fee reimbursement: up to QAR
28,000 per child per year for up to three dependents (Grade 1/Year1 to Grade 12/Year
13). Reimbursement processed upon submission of school’s official receipts and supporting documents.
Utilities: full coverage of water and electricity, and internet services up to QAR
300 per month (basic plan).
Contract duration: one year.

The Medical Simulation Lab Instructor (suitable for Registered Nurses, Physicians, Paramedics, and Health Science Professionals) plays a central role in teaching and supporting clinical skills, health sciences, and biomedical education. The postholder manages simulation equipment, delivers hands‑on clinical demonstrations, and creates realistic medical scenarios that prepare students for future pathways in medicine, nursing, biomedical sciences, and allied health professions. This role requires clinical expertise, strong knowledge of human physiology and patient care, and the ability to teach foundational clinical skills in a safe, controlled environment.
The postholder ensures the Lab operates at high standards, supports teachers in lesson delivery, and mentors students during practical sessions and health‑science projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or lab experience.
- Candidates below 50 years of age.
- Experience in STEM‑focused or innovative learning environments is an advantage.
- Registered Nurse (RN), Physician (MD/MBBS), Paramedic, or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Health Sciences.
- BLS/ACLS Instructor certifications, Simulation Specialist certifications, Master’s degree.
- Clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, nursing practice, emergency care, or outpatient care.
- Experience with simulation‑based medical education.
- Technical skills to operate manikins, task trainers, and clinical simulation systems and high‑fidelity simulation programming.
- Teaching skills to train and mentor students in basic clinical skills and health‑science education.
- Safety skills: strong understanding of infection control, aseptic technique, and clinical safety; implementing quality and safety standards.
- Soft skills:
empathy, communication, teamwork, professionalism; leadership experience in medical training contexts. - Personal attributes: patient, reliable, organized, ethical, student‑centered; passion for medical education and youth mentorship.
