Early Years Teacher

Compass International School Doha (Compass) offers a premium British education for expatriate and local families. Founded in 2006, it has three campuses:
Al Themaid and Madinat Khalifa (Early Years to Secondary) and Gharaffa (Primary for ages 3‑11). All sites follow a bespoke British curriculum, offering IGCSEs, AS/A Levels, and the IB Diploma Programme. Compass is affiliated with QNSA, BSME, COBIS and AoBSO.

Campus sites provide a warm, friendly learning environment with students at the heart of everything we do. The sunny climate year‑round and excellent global airport connections make Doha an attractive destination for expatriates.

About you

Able to adapt quickly to our fast‑paced international environment, you hold a university degree, a recognised teaching qualification and ideally, two years’ experience in an Early Years or Year 1 setting. You will access extensive professional development, cross‑school collaboration and opportunities to progress your career.
