• ABEd in Secondary Education OR a degree in Mathematics or a related field, plus a PGCE
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (A-Level experience a plus)
• A commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning
• A passion for helping girls build confidence and competence in Maths
• A reflective, innovative teaching approach
