The Computer Science Outreach Division at our Qatar campus seeks a highly organized and motivated Events Coordinator and Workshop Developer to support the planning, development, and execution of high-impact educational programs and workshops. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and national events while contributing to the continued growth and success of outreach and educational initiatives.
** We are seeking local hires who are already residing in Qatar.
**** Key Responsibilities
** Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of internal and national events by coordinating schedules, venues, logistics, and communications to ensure seamless delivery.

Logistics Management:
Oversee event setup, participant registration, materials preparation, and on-site resource allocation.

Content Development:
Create and update engaging instructional and promotional materials for workshops, presentations, and outreach activities.

Technical Preparation:
Set up, test, and maintain hardware and technical equipment required for hands-on workshops and demonstrations.

Workshop Delivery:
Facilitate interactive workshop sessions, supporting HBJ programs and advanced educational offerings.

Workshop Design and Enhancement:
Collaborate with instructors and program leads to refine existing workshop content and integrate new tools, technologies, and instructional methods.
