We are seeking a skilled and certified IFRS Freelance Trainer with hands‑on experience in this vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and integration workflows to support business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive IFRS training programs for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels.
  • Translate complex IFRS standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in‑person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.
  • Stay updated of the latest IFRS developments, pronouncements, and interpretations, integrating them into existing training content and developing new modules as needed.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging IFRS concepts.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., accounting teams, finance departments) to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting IFRS, preferably with a significant portion in a training or instructional role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering high‑quality training programs on complex financial topics.
  • Advanced knowledge of current IFRS standards, interpretations, and practical application.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
  • Able to perform well in high‑pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Thorough with meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting and training content.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
