PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of service technicians course materials prior to delivery
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and business objectives.
Assess trainees both practically and theoretically and identify areas for improvement and skills development.
Carry out On-Job-Training (OJT) assignments across service branches.
Participate in Manufacturers/Principals overseas & local training programs as directed by the Training Manager.
Seek and self-learn to be updated with product knowledge and vehicle service technical information.
Support service personnel in guiding and resolving technical issues either on a one-on-one basis or in groups.
Assist in the planning and executing of training programs to achieve established KPIs.
Support and assist in conducting annual National & Regional Technicians Contests.
Attend and Acquire trainer certification that are made mandatory by product manufacturers & suppliers.
Conduct training needs assessment to support design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies.
ESSENTIALSKILLS:
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Equivalent
- Expert in Instructor led technical Training & On-The-Job assignments.
- Experience working as Trainer in automotive industry for a period of 3 years minimum.
- Worked as Technician for a minimum of 3 years in a dealership with core skills in electrical & mechanical systems diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic an advantage.
