We are seeking an Account Manager with full professional fluency in English, while Arabic or French is an advantage.

Account Manager Job in Doha

Role Overview

Working at the intersection of contemporary art, culture, and luxury, the Account Manager will manage key sponsor and partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional partner experiences before, during, and after the fair. Reporting into the Partnerships team, you will act as a trusted partner to sponsors and collaborators, overseeing the full lifecycle of partnerships—from strategic planning and activation through to delivery, reporting, and renewal.

Key Responsibilities – Partnerships & Account Management
  • Build, manage, and grow strong, long-term relationships with Art Basel Doha partners and sponsors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related enquiries and day-to-day account management
  • Develop strategic partnership plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and innovative monetisation
  • Lead the planning and execution of partner activations across the fair and digital platforms
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring contracts, benefits, budgets, and timelines are delivered accurately
  • Coordinate operational aspects of activations, including logistics, permits, and on-site delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Digital, VIP, Operations, Galleries) to ensure integrated partner experiences
  • Oversee the production of partner collateral across print, digital, and on-site environments
  • Deliver post-event reporting, KPI analysis, and strategic recommendations to partners
  • Support and guide junior team members where required
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Experienced in account management, partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising, or marketing, ideally within the arts, culture, luxury, or adjacent sectors
  • Strong project and event management experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience working in or with partners in the Middle East is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Asana), CRM systems, and familiarity with Adobe tools
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms and their strategic application
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Genuine interest in contemporary visual arts and cultural programming
Location, Travel and Working Arrangements

The role is based in Doha, Qatar. Willingness to travel periodically and work flexible hours around key event periods is required.
